Please remember that you're staying in an airbnb, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. The shared pool is open seasonally (May to October). Access to the bedrooms is via a spiral staircase and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. In that case, we recommend our apartment Aura, which is all on one level. The mezzanine bedroom is separated by curtains, which works well for families or friends but doesn’t provide the same privacy as the ensuite bedrooms. Couvent des Ursulines can host up to 32 guests in 5 apartments. Each unit sleeps 6-8 guests. Couvent des Ursulines is located in a quiet, residential area just a 10-minute walk from the lively historic center of Pézenas—a picturesque town in the heart of the Occitanie region in southern France. Known for its cobblestone streets, artisan shops, and centuries-old architecture, Pézenas offers the perfect mix of charm, culture, and convenience. This attractive old town is unspoiled by modern development, with narrow streets to explore and grand 17th-century houses. Its town center was one of the first in France to be protected as a historic monument. Pézenas was once the home of Molière and still carries the spirit of creativity in its theaters, antique markets, and art galleries. Each Saturday, the streets come alive with one of the best open-air markets in the region—offering everything from fresh produce and baked goods to handmade crafts and textiles. When evening falls, enjoy dinner at one of the many bistros or wine bars, featuring regional cuisine and local vintages. In summer, the town hosts weekly wine festivals and cultural events that make every night feel like a celebration. Pézenas is also the ideal base for day trips to nearby Mediterranean beaches (just 20 minutes away), wine tours through scenic vineyards, and visits to nearby historical gems such as Agde, Béziers, Sète, Carcassonne, Montpellier, Minerve, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, and the legendary Canal du Midi.

Upon reservation we send you a digital guidebook with all relevant information of the Couvent, Pézenas and the surrounding area. You will have a dedicated place in a secure parking. If you have more cars then you can safely leave your car outside at night. There is parking in the street and a large parking area very close to the building. .

The building exterior is sensationally beautiful. They are more townhouses than apartments in my opinion. The hosts are wonderfully informative & very helpful. You can walk into the beautiful town in minutes. A cot and highchair was set up for my baby with lovely bedding & very clean. I’d stay again for sure. Everything was great

Everything! The location is perfect. In the city, everything is within easy walking distance. Yet it is very quietly situated. The property manager is always available, welcomed us warmly, and gave us great recommendations for excursions. You also receive a link with all important information, recommendations, etc. The amenities are exceptionally good (including grill, DVDs, games, boules set, and table tennis, as well as extra pool towels). The house is stylish, very beautiful, and still practically furnished. It is very well maintained and very clean! Nothing

Pézenas is well-connected by public transport, with bus routes linking the town to nearby cities such as Béziers, Agde, and Montpellier. The closest train stations are in Agde and Béziers, about a 20–30 minute drive away. Taxi services and car rentals are also available. The closest airports are in Béziers and Montpellier.
